RETURNS
We recommend that you ship your return items via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. The item should be returned with the original tag still attached to the item and with both item and tag inside the original box. All three items should be in “like new” original condition.
Before you return your item, please email info@copperandchrist.com regarding your refund. Please include your order number in the email subject.
REFUNDS
For a refund, items should be returned with the original tag still attached to the item and with both item and tag inside the original unaltered box. All three items should be in “like new” original condition. Any sign of use or damage, voids the refund of the amount.
Your refund will be credited to you through the same payment method as you used to make the purchase when item arrives to the Copper and Christ warehouse.
You can get a voucher with a total value of the purchase with no expire date and can spend as you want.
RESIZE
This is an important section to avoid incurring extra costs due to shipping and to obtain full satisfaction for your purchase.
In the case of wanting to make a resize you have to pay a $20 USD or $40 USD fee to cover the return shipment.

EXCHANGE
In the case of wanting to change items (change metal or stone), you must pay a fee of $10 USD or $40 USD fee to cover the return shipment.

REPAIR
The guarantee covers the following:
Broken string or elastic, Cracked beads, Damaged lock, or closure
Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration of beads and leather. This occurs due to improper use of your piece.
